Booking Conditions

A deposit of 50% of the total cost will be required to secure the booking. The balance of payment is due 60 prior to arrival. A security bond of $1,000.00 is payable with credit card (Visa or Mastercard) on arrival.
If a deposit has been paid, cancellation of your booking must be in writing and must be received by Visit Snowy Mountains.

Cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the following conditions.
1. Bookings cancelled 60 days or more to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the total booking cost.
2. Bookings cancelled 30 to 60 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
3. Bookings cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking cost.

Changes of properties or dates are not permitted after payment has been received for a booking.

Modifications to bookings may attract a $150 service fee
If notice of cancellation is received in writing prior to 60 days of the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $150.00 cancellation fee. If less than 60 days notice of cancellation is given, all monies are forfeited. Travel insurance is recommended and can be purchased here.

All information in respect of goods and services offered, including prices, is subject to alteration or withdrawal without notice. Visit Snowy Mountains and all Independent Operators reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel all or any arrangements or prices in regard to accommodation, tours or packages. The right to alter prices referred to in the preceding paragraph applies until the Visit Snowy Mountains has processing the correct deposit.

In states or jurisdictions where exclusion or limitation of liability for direct or consequential or incidental damages are not allowed, Visit Snowy Mountains Thredbo' liability shall be limited to the greatest extent as may be permitted by law.
