Booking Conditions


Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total cost will be required to secure the booking. The balance of payment is due 60 prior to arrival. A security bond of $1,000.00 is payable with credit card (Visa or Mastercard) on arrival.
Cancellations
If notice of cancellation is received in writing prior to 60 days of the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $150.00 cancellation fee. If less than 60 days notice of cancellation is given, all monies are forfeited. Travel insurance is recommended.
